Olha (Olia) Vavriychuk
Olha (Olia) Vavriychuk’s journey with Zemp Law Group started in 2014 as an Immigration Paralegal. In 2019, she completed an Immigration Practitioners Program in preparation for the Entry-to-Practice Exam and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the national regulator, the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). She has over nine years of immigration legal experience.
Olia provides legal assistance to corporations and individuals in a wide range of Canadian and U.S. immigration areas. She focuses primarily on Canadian immigration matters, such as skilled workers, Global Skills Strategy (GSS), work permit exempt categories such as business visitors and other special exemptions, study permits, visitor visas, Canadian permanent residency applications through the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP), Express Entry Program (CEC, FSW, and FST streams), Family Class sponsorships (spousal sponsorships, parents/grandparents programs, sponsorship of dependent children), and applications based on H&C grounds. She also has experience with US immigration matters namely U.S. corporate (E-Visas) and individual immigration matters (spousal sponsorship).
