Olha (Olia) Vavriychuk

Olia Vavriychuk is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with Zemp Law Group, and a licensee in good standing with the national regulator, The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Olia has over nine years of immigration legal experience.

She provides legal assistance to corporations and individuals in a wide range of Canadian and U.S. immigration areas. She focuses primarily on Canadian immigration matters, such as skilled workers, Global Skills Strategy (GSS), work permit exempt categories such as business visitors and other special exemptions, study permits, visitor visas, Canadian permanent residency applications through the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP), Express Entry Program (CEC, FSW, and FST streams), Family Class sponsorships (spousal sponsorships, parents/grandparents programs, sponsorship of dependent children), and applications based on H&C grounds. She also has experience with US immigration matters namely U.S. corporate (E-Visas) and individual immigration matters (spousal sponsorship). She provides services in Ukrainian, English, and Russian.

Olia acquired her Master’s Degree in Law from the National University of Ostroh Academy. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg.

Prior to joining Zemp Law Group, Olia worked as a Senior Negotiator with Fairway Divorce Solutions where she provided her clients with a strategic step-by-step divorce and separation resolution process. She also worked as an Independent Financial Advisor with Investors Group for some time.

As an immigrant to Canada, Olia is culturally sensitive and understands the specific challenges faced by potential immigrants on their way to achieving their dream of immigrating to Canada.
